Tote bags, phone cases, and canvas wraps will be shipped separately with a separate tracking number.

since i am a small business, i unfortunately cannot offer refunds, exchanges, returns, for any reason including lost mail. i am also not responsible for mishandling after receiving the product.

• Shipping

I ship from the USA and ship via the United States Postal Services (USPS). My orders also include international services! :)
Please make sure that your address is correct. If not, let me know as soon as you checkout with your correct address in my business email with subject title "Shipping Label Address Correction" along with your order number. 

*All and any shipping CAN be delayed by COVID-19 - please allow up to a few days/weeks for some orders to get to you*

• International orders

You must check your fees and restrictions within your countries. I will not be held responsible if mail gets delayed, lost, fees, or restrictions. Apologies.
